Growing company looking for a responsible, hard-working individual who likes to work in a team environment while taking pride, ownership, and responsibility for assigned warehouse duties.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Receive, inspect, and store standard warehouse stock and special-order client commodities.
· Track and maintain stock to assure adequate quantities are available for our clients.
· Pick/Pull/Pack client stock accurately in accordance with the client ordering software.
· Complete shipping of orders via either client preferred carrier or by utilizing our current providers, i.e. UPS, FEDEX GROUND AND EXPRESS and US Post Office.
· Perform scheduled audits of client inventory.
· Participate in fulfillment of 3PL kitting jobs.
· Deliver product to local client sites per weekly schedule.
· Move and consolidate inventory to utilize warehouse space efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.
· Perform related tasks as required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL REQUIRE AN INDIVIDUAL TO:
· Utilize computer-based warehouse management software and become well versed in capabilities.
· Operate forklift and other basic lifts and labor-saving devices. (certifications required)
· Possess thorough knowledge of all parts in the warehouse inventory.
· Maintain the warehouse and shipping docks in a neat, orderly and efficient fashion.
· Maintain, clean and inspect warehouse equipment.
· Practice safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements to practices or procedures.
· Maintain a courteous and professional manner.
· Ensure adherence to all TSC Standard Operating Procedures.
· Be gritty and adaptable, open to feedback, and have a desire to grow.
Job Type: Part-time Salary: $19 - 20 per hour Schedule: Day Shift (Monday-Friday) around 16 hours per week
Experience: 2 years as a Warehouse Attendant (Preferred)
