**What You Will Do:** + Key contributor to the month-end close process, including preparation of Journal Entries, consolidation of Financial Statements, and detailed variance analysis of general ledger accounts + Support ProCare BU's Marketing, Selling and G&A departments as the primary finance partner + Provide explanations between budgeted and projected expenses vs. actual results, direct manager's attention to opportunities for corrective action + Partner with functional leaders to created annual budgets and quarterly projections, provide analysis on commentary on variances + Assist in the development of key performance objectives and drive alignment with business partners **What You Need:** **Required** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance + 2+ years of professional experience Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
