💼 What You’ll Do as an Assistant Event Manager

• Support the planning and execution of live nonprofit events and outreach campaigns

• Coordinate on-site logistics including event setup, vendor management, and breakdown

• Lead and motivate event staff and volunteers to deliver seamless experiences

• Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting and impact analysis

• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to boost visibility and audience engagement

• Prior experience in event coordination, volunteer leadership, or public-facing roles is a plus—but not required

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
