  • 1 hour after Waking up
  • 1 hour after meal
  • Before sleep
  • After Strenuous exercise
  • Hold the handle tight and massager with your speed
  • Place the head on the part, and adjust the speed as you like for the effective massage, start from the arm, leg, back and side in order
  • Drink a glass of water therapy to finish your body properly.

  • Do not use the massager mo re than 20 minutes at a time
  • Machine protector is install at, so when the machine is operated over 20 minutes, it will stop automatically. (It is not mean out of order, switch has to be off and 30 minutes later can be re-operated)
